Your Garden Made Perfect

I don't know who this slightly odd show us aimed at. Certainly most people with a flat,rectangular space and a lot if money would be able to do something to improve it themselves while the transformations are ugly,difficult to maintain and expensive.add to that a slightly condescending tone and you seem to have an odd mash up of grand designs and changing rooms. Time better spent watching gardeners world.

Great program, love seeing the garden concepts they come up with but the host is over dramatic, I feel like she's trying to make me watch a thriller when I watching a garden makeover...almost to the extent my blood pressure goes up and I'm only in my 30's. She's a great host but she needs to chill out and ground

The only reason I gave this a 5 is because it's mildly entertaining. The most frustrating thing is the fact the initial virtual pitch nearly always over sells what is possible for the budget. I'm up to episode 5 and all but one of the garden's look like the one originally proposed. I realise gardens and the plants have to mature, but a couple of the gardens had major hard landscaping omissions. I don't believe any of the gardens could match the original design keeping anywhere near the proposed budget. In fact the programme is a con on many fronts.

Most ordinary people don't have this sort of money to spend on a garden makeover so the show is not really relevant in the real world in which most of us live. My advice.....stick to watching Garden Rescue with Charlie and the Rich Brothers!!

It's finally good to see realistic budgets for intricate designs. Garden rescue etc give the general public a ridiculously cheap view without labour costs etc. This program takes everything into account and some really nice ideas aswell.
