Flotsam

Saw this film online through a friend and understand it premiered and won at a film festival in Oklahoma. I see the parents to those that lost made their way to IMDb to give the film a bad rating. This was by far the best movie in its category at the film festivals it premiered at, but parents whose kids didn't win came on to give the movie one star. Those ranking this a 1 are more sophomoric than their children that lost. Grow up. Its not the director's fault their better than your little brats With that rant being said, this film has received praise way beyond the state it was made in and deserves a much higher ranking. The story is solid and very intelligent and very well complimented with the stylistic effects that accompany it. I also heard this was filmed in a real abandoned prison which adds an even creepier feel. Very well made film.
