I don't want to be negative on this - but there are times when you really need to be, and this unfortunately is one of those times!
I would have better entertainment sitting outside, counting how many ants I see crawl past me, looking for food, finding their way back home, catching up with other ants and just chilling at the corner of blade and grass avenue.
Sorry, but it's a No from me!

To answer my question in the title of this review, no, no it isn't.
One of my fellow reviewers who scored this film an 8/10 tried to spell the word 'cinematography' and failed spectacularly at it, which kind of works as an analogy for this film. It tries, but it fails, hard.
I'm not going to say much more about it, watch the trailer and that's the quality of movie you're getting. A poorly written and shot budget adventure with some bad acting thrown in for good measure. I was never engaged in the story or characters, nothing felt real.
Good on them for having a go, I respect their attempt, I'm only writing this review because I hate fake misleading reviews on indie films and someone needs to tell the truth.

It's like an ordinary but very modern teenager adventure. The leading girl is only 16 but works as a car mechanic and knows well how to drive a car, especially without a licence. She uses that car all through the film without a driver's licence, and no one ever checks her. She goes off with a friend of hers, who is scared out of her wits for anything she encounters out in the wilderness of nature, and all she wants is to get out of there, while her brother joins the ride uninvited, so they are sure asking for trouble and get enough of it for a lifetime, making some love on the way and discovering the truth of some weird ancestry, meeting both her father and grandfather, who is an AA sponsor. Well, it's an ordinary complicated family affair all twisted up and gradually getting all blown up. The main theme of the film is some problems with some local power cuts, that seem to spread across the continent, and these poor innocent youths just happen to get at the heart of a nasty sabotage plot to scare the s*** out of the whole country. Will it succeed? Well, it certainly doesn't scare the s*** out of the audience, who will rather yawn until the bitter but eagerly expected end. There is some great nature scenery out of Ohio (not West Virginia although the action is supposed to take place there,) and the music is decorative enough, but the script suffers from a very poor dialog, like in most American films mainly using.common vulgar profanity words to fill up the dialog. Recommended only for teenagers.
Another pumped up 10 that is really a 2.
It is a dead giveaway when there are so many 10's you just know it is really a bad movie.
In most cases these days I won't even watch these inflated up voted - by participants in the making of the movie.
There is not a movie in the world that rates a 10.

I see some of these reviews on here and they actually make me a little angry. This is an Indie film, and it towers above a lot of Indie films out there. The camera work, the drone shots, and the cinematography is beautiful! The sound engineering is almost flawless and as the film progresses, the film gets better and better and better. Sometimes, when you make a film that looks so professional, people mistake you for a studio film. Sometimes, people just don't get it. 8/10 for me, I can see the quality in the film!
