The Earthing Movie

I found this documentary interesting and thought it did a good job of highlighting those who advocate for grounding/earthing and sharing some of the existing science. However what would have made this feel more complete for me would have been tackling some of the opposing views head-on. I've read some debate about grounding online and I would have loved for this movie to address the skeptics explicitly rather than simply amplifying the benefits and views of those who have bought in to grounding. That said, I'm a runner and have plenty of inflammation so I'm going to give it a go and see what happens...I have nothing to lose.

I highly recommend watching this film and sharing it with your friends and family. Earthing has made a major difference in my life and those in my family who are also grounded. This movie has some very inspiring and hopeful stories plus it also clearly explains what Earthing is and why it's so beneficial for our health. I hope to get more friends and family to watch and get grounded!
