The UK release was cut, compulsory cuts were required to remove potentially obscene material (in this case, 'fisting') in accordance with BBFC Guidelines, policy and the current interpretation of the Obscene Publications Act 1959, in order to obtain an R18 classification. An uncut classification was not available.
