I was eagerly anticipating Last Exmas, counting down the days until I could finally download it and experience it for myself. But what a disappointment it turned out to be.

The writing felt completely out of touch-when was the last time you saw characters go through such unrealistic and unearned transformations? And then there's "Lola," a character so outdated and implausible that it's hard to believe she belongs in a film released in 2025. People just don't act like that anymore.

As for the protagonist, she was insufferable-so poorly written that it was impossible to connect with her on any level. It's such a shame because this film had so much potential, and the creators are undeniably talented. Unfortunately, the final product fell far short of expectations.
