Angels of Death

Any issues I have with the animation and sound quality are easily overlooked by the fantastic story telling, it really feels as though the writers and producers understand the world in which the story takes place, the characters are well developed and the action is visceral.

It's losing a star simply because the animation could be a little better, the lip syncing is particularly poor.

I've been reading that some don't think the animation is that good. What? I guess one of them was the issue with the lip syncing which I didn't even notice because there are so many amazing details that are brought to life in this series.

I was upset at first that I couldn't watch it in one go but that's because I was sucked into the story and wanted more. As for the mentioning of the sound. I have a full surround system and it sounded like a god damn war zone. Which I feel pretty much suits the 40K universe.

As a first run for GW I'm overjoyed with how incredible this brought the 40K universe to life and hope this animation team gets something in Fantasy or AOS to put their skills to the test once again.

"Angels of Death" brings the dark world of the Blood Angels Space Marines to life with stunning clarity and depth. This series dives deep into the gritty lore of Warhammer 40k, portraying the relentless battles and dramatic tales of heroism with a striking visual style. The stark contrast of black and white imagery, highlighted with bold reds, captures the brutal atmosphere perfectly, even though the animation can sometimes feel a bit rigid.

The audio brings out the intensity of the series, with solid voice performances that add a lot of emotion to the characters, making you feel every bit of their struggles and triumphs. The story moves at a good pace, mixing fast-paced action with quieter, more intense scenes that build up the tension and develop the storyline effectively. Overall, "Angels of Death" does a great job at making its characters' journey both compelling and visually impactful.

Animations are not my cup of tea, but for this one I can sincerely say that this one is different.

You won't be disappointed, the writers and the quality of the animations makes it very interesting to watch the whole serie, well done.

Very happy to finally see this series. Animation suits the story well. I hope they continue to make them.

It's not the best editing or processing but that doesn't even matter. If your a fan, you'll probably like it.
