9 Lives

In an already excellent season, this episode is a standout! It's the first Andy Berman written episode (generally, my favorites), and it shows with the especially witty repartee. The exchange between Shawn and Gus in the closet is perfect - loved the use of the cat poster (and appropriate, given the guest-starring cat in the episode). Also enjoyable is the dialogue at the stressline. Carlos Jacott is great here (it's no wonder they brought him back several more times). The dazzle and stretch scene is iconic! This episode has the first official Gus nickname - Gus "Sillypants" Jackson and there are some great one-offs. This has everything you could want from a Psych episode!
