Terror at Baxter U

What the hell is this piece of crap movie? Did someone film this at a library? Why was the body that came over the staircase completely still, ....shouldnt those arms be moving through the wind? What is up with the crappiest camera ever and the fake combination that old guy used on the little chest? Who acts like this? I can make a better movie playing video games and sleeping called "My Life". Seriously, if you think this has a plot worth your money then go ahead and buy it but please make sure you burn this piece of crap when your done it doesn't deserve to be reproduced. This movie consists of bad acting, bad camera, horrible props, stupidity, and best of all ugly people.

Some movies are so bad they're good. This one goes beyond those, skips over the good and ends up coming full circle, so bad it's bad again. To the reviewer who thought it a comedy don't kid yourself. The film is a tragedy both for those involved in its making and those who have the misfortune to see it.

It's so bad that it has a hypnotic effect on the viewer, you can't tear your eyes away from the abomination before you. I got the distinct impression that the actors were all the poor victims of some frightful curse which doomed them to inhabit this film for eternity, playing the same terrible part over and over and over again. I swear you can see it in their eyes, haggard and haunted as if they are trying desperately to communicate with the viewer, Help us! Help us! Tragically all that we can give them is our profound pity and the hope that one day someone more skilled in the arcane arts will be able to free them from their terrible prison.

I actually sat through this movie. It is almost a badge of honor. If you do watch this movie you will understand. This is the sort of train wreck experience that no one can describe to you. "Terror at Baxter U" had the feel of a marriage between those bad made for PBS movies and a Scooby-Doo episode (in all honesty is would rather have watched a marathon of the Scrappy episodes as opposed to this). To say it is an affront to celluloid is a grave underestimation of the overwhelming atrociousness of this experiment in film making. I sit here today wondering if it was an attempt on the film makers part to prove people will watch anything; given the chance, and I would say yes, people will watch just about anything. Rent it, I dare you.
