फ़ीचर्ड समीक्षाएं
Dale Earnhardt the man who many called the legend and true hero of NASCAR.
Any Dale Earnhardt fan must watch this movie because this film does a great justice in learning about the life of Dale Earnhardt Sr. And gives you a great understanding how he becomes one of NASCAR's greats.
Along with Paul Newman as the Narrator and he helps deliver a great narrating for Dale
Many of his family and friends appear in this program to share their stories about Dale. We get to hear from his children Dale Earnhardt Jr., Kelley Earnhardt, Kerry Earnhardt, and Taylor Earnhardt along with his willow Teresa Earnhardt.
Along his friends we get to hear from his Car owner Richard Childress whom he and Dale were very close friends. Along with his follow rival drivers and friends along with those who work behind the scenes sharing stories about Dale Earnhardt.
Also the film features a superb soundtrack with mix of rock and roll and country music
"Fortunate Son" by Creedence Clearwater Revival,"Blood Brothers" by Bruce Springsteen, "Wild Side" Motley Crue, "Hard Workin' Man" by Brooks & Dunn, "Looking For A Road (Theme From Dale)" by Brent Keith "Forty Hour Week (For A Livin')" by Alabama "T-R-O-U-B-L-E" by Travis Tritt, "Bad To The Bone" by George Thorogood, "Sweet Home Alabama" by Lynyrd Skynyrd, "The Intimidator" by Charlie Daniels, "Can't Keep A Good Man Down" by Alabama and "I'm Gonna Be Somebody" by Travis Tritt. Each of these songs are classic and when they are in used for showing highlights of Dale's career they pick the right footage for the song used.
Just watching the movie gets you a understanding and respect for him and it's best when you see it

*** 1/2 (out of 4)
Paul Newman narrates this documentary about the life and career of Nascar legend Dale Earnhardt. I must admit that I'm not of fan of Nascar and I really don't see what all the hype is about but I watched this documentary because I've always been interested about Earnhardt plus I always love hearing Newman's voice. This documentary really changed my mind about the sport and it also made me understand why Earnhardt has become such a legend in the six years since his death. There are countless interviews with his family and friends as well as old interviews with Earnhardt himself. The best interviews come from the fans who explain why they loved the man so much and seeing Earnhardt on his farm working just days after winning millions of dollars perfectly captured why he was so loved. The documentary is edited together fairly sloppy but that's the only complaint from me.
I have the movie poster would anyone know how much it might be worth?
