All of the off-screen voices, from the news report on the TV, the PA system in the high school, and the screaming during the "hell" sequences were done by writer/director/editors Nick Groff and Michael A. Martinez.

John Phillip Law, Hardy Krüger, Tony Curtis, Charles Bronson, John Steiner, Lee Majors, John Saxon, and Brian Thompson were contacted to cameo as the homeowner but all declined. The role ended up going to the owner of the home used as a location for that scene.

Was begun as a student film to show potential investors to later go back and re-film as a bigger budget feature. Halfway through, Martinez and Groff changed their minds and attempted to and finish and release it as a full movie.

The role of Mr. Yuzna was originally intended for John Bloom to play in his Joe Bob Briggs persona. He was approached to do it and was interested but the production ultimately could not afford his fee.

The filming of the scene in which Gray is beaten by the gang was interrupted by a good Samaritan who thought the beating was real. The man, in his 70's, bravely ran toward the five gangster actors yelling, "That's enough! Time to go home guys! Time to go home!". The crew had to interject by showing him it was just a movie with camera and lights but it took several minutes for the man to calm down and come to believe them.
