The voice-over makes a reference that Suzan's skull was used to grow the roses for her friends. But earlier it shows the roses appearing in the yard while Suzan was still floating in the bed, and then much later her skull was teleported into the yard.

After Sharon's brother has his hands dissolved by the Death bed, only the skeleton remains. The hands are clearly a plastic skeleton as evidenced by the metal pins connecting the pieces to each other.

While the gangsters are playing cards on the bed, one fires gunshots into the bed. The other makes hand motions with the gun as if it were also firing, but no gunshot sound effects are heard.

When the priest is being consumed by the Death bed, the acid is clearly yellow foam as a piece of it sticks to his glasses.

In the first scenes, the bed eats an apple and then returns the apple to the top of the bed with the core intact. This would be a mistake as the demon possessed bed consumes thanks to it's yellow colored acid, so the core of the apple should have been dissolved.
