The first time Sgt. Lucas enters the room, he notices the cherry table that Carlos brought back. The plant is already there, even though Vicki doesn't bring it to Walter until later.

When Walter first tells Vicki about his past, her cigarette changes from almost smoked, to partly-smoked to just lit.

Continuity Error: when Sergeant Lucas first visits Walter, the potted ivy plant is already on his desk even though Vicki gives it to him a few scenes later.

At around 11 minutes, Walter is by the school and picks up a red rubber ball that bounces toward his feet. In the next scene, his hands are in his pockets and no ball is seen anywhere.

This isn't an error, because the part with the ball rolling towards Walter is in his imagination, as the gate that he's in front of is closed in the real world.

The first time Walter and Vicki drive in her truck, the transmission is clearly in "park".

Following the girl, Walter takes the Route 12 bus and gets off at Wissinoming Park. The park is in Northeast Philadelphia while the 12 bus runs through lower Center City and doesn't go anywhere near the park.
