The literal translation of the title of this movie is: Angry Airport.

This movie is the ground version equivalent of 1989 movie titled Codename Puma (Dai Hao Mei Zhou Bao). Like its aerial version, it also failed to emphasize the most important factor, Prevention. But audience should not be too strict because after all, these movies were made in the 1980's China when the political reform/liberalization still had not reached what was achieved in the 1990's when such sensitive topic can be openly presented/debated.
