It’s been a couple of months since we last got the A-Box here at Nerdly. Why? Well it’s simply because there’s a Huge difference in quality between each months boxes and – thanks to spoilers (from A-Box themselves) – it’s easy to find out which mystery box is going to be for you!

This months theme was Justice, obviously inspired by Warner Bros. Justice League – though this box was a little more varied than just being packed with DC COmic itmes… This box which contains items from Wonder Woman, Marvel, Justice League, Robocop and more and features an awesome t-shirt made exclusively for A-Box!

The guys of 98 Degrees are back and dishing to Et about how times have changed in the 20-plus years that they've been a boy band.

Nick and Drew Lachey, Justin Jeffre and Jeff Timmons all took the stage for a special performance at the Borgata Hotel Casino and Spa in Atlantic City, New Jersey, on Saturday night. Ahead of the concert, fans lined up outside the venue in festive attire in anticipation to see the heartthrobs sing some of their classic tunes as well as tracks from their new Christmas album, Let It Snow.

The pop stars opened up to Et about their avid fan base and some of the gifts that have made them blush over the years, especially before social media.

With Justice League on the horizon, and a larger marketing push on the way, today brings our first look at three official Lego sets based on scenes from the film, giving us a clear look at two new vehicles and our heroes in brick form. Come inside to check it all out!

If you're eager for some Justice League action, you'll get your chance soon enough to at least play through some of the big moments in the film. Today, Lego has revealed three new playsets based off the upcoming film, all of which will be available on August 1st. While they don't give away much in terms of plot, it does provide a good look at a couple of new Batman vehicles that will play a role in the film:

Music Box Films has acquired Us rights to Vazante, Daniela Thomas’ first solo-directed feature.

Vazante, set in Brazil in 1821, centres on a slave trader who finds out that his wife died in labour. While forced to live on the farmhouse with numerous African slaves, the trader marries his wife’s niece. A restless soul, he returns to his trading expeditions, leaving his young wife behind alone with the slaves.

Brazilian filmmaker Thomas previously co-directed the Cannes selection Linha De Passe, Midnight, and Foreign Land alongside Walter Salles.

Sara Silveira of Dezenove Som e Imagem and Cisma Produções’ Beto Amaral produced in association with Ukbar Filmes in Portugal.

“We are pleased to be working with Daniela Thomas to bring her eloquent depiction of the often untold history of early 19th century Brazilian mining life to American audiences,” Music Box president William Schopf said.

Doc about footwear designer picked up by Music Box Films.

Music Box Films has acquired North American rights to the documentary Manolo: The Boy Who Made Shoes For Lizards.

Michael Roberts’ film profiles Manolo Blahnik, the influential footwear designer whose shoes have been among the most coveted fashion items for decades.

Music Box plans an autumn theatrical release. Content Media represents international rights.

Manolo: The Boy Who Made Shoes offers a behind-the-scenes look at Blahnik’s world and features interviews with the man himself as well as a panoply of notable figures from the world of fashion and arts.

Vogue editor Anna Wintour, Rihanna, Paloma Picasso, Candace Bushnell, Charlotte Olympia, Iman, Rihanna, Naomi Campbell, David Bailey, Isaac Mizrahi, Rupert Everett, Karlie Kloss are among the contributors.

Neil Zeiger, Gillian Mosely and Bronwyn Cosgrave served as producers, while the executive producers are James Cabourne, Tiggy Maconochie, Ralph Shandilya and Anne Morrison.

That's it! It's all done. The new big screen adaptation of Stephen King's It has officially wrapped production. The thriller began shooting in late June, kicking things off with a first look at the iconic Pennywise the Clown, as played by Bill Skarsgard. Today, we get a decidedly different sneak peek at the terrifying villain.

Producer Barbara Muschietti announced that shooting had finished, posting an image of her cool Pennywise Jack-in-the-Box on Instargram. The movie was directed by Andres Muschietti. It will arrive from New Line Cinema on September 8, 2017, just a little less than a year from now. Barbara Muschietti had this to say about the end of production, thanking Stephen King for giving the world this story.

The creator of NBC’s cult comedy “Community” is presented wantonly in this documentation of his tour across America to interact with his fans through live recordings of his podcast “Harmontown.”

The singers turned up the heat for Adam Levine, who had stolen both artists from Usher. "I really didn't expect that from you," Shakira said of Barker's trills and runs. The channel has ordered an hour-long pilot based on the UK series, Deadline reports.

Sex Box sees real couples enter a soundproof box, have sex off-screen, then emerge to discuss their activities and proclivities.

Marc Juris, We president, said: "Sex Box is an intriguing and original concept... and we're very excited about its potential, which has already been clearly demonstrated overseas - where it's a hit."

Channel 4's Sex Box - hosted by Mariella Frostrup - aired on UK television in late 2013. Production partner Relativity TV acquired the Us rights to the format in January.

The BFI is rolling out a new initiative to stimulate investment in British independent films, which will see BFI-backed UK producers split minimum guarantees and revenues with UK distributors.

The BFI will initially launch a six-project pilot test of the optional scheme in order to gauge interest and viability.

Under the terms of the new agreement, a producer would invest part of a Lottery production award from the Film Fund as its contribution of up to 50% of the UK distribution minimum guarantee for the film in question.

In return for sharing the distribution risk, the distributor would allow a 50% share [providing producer investment had been 50%] of its net revenues to be held in a Locked Box by the BFI for re-investment by the producer in their future productions.

From the date that distributor’s gross receipts are first received and throughout the recoupment period a ‘Distributor Base Fee...

Sex Box will be remade for Us audiences.

Us rights to the format for the one-off Channel 4 factual show - which saw three couples each entering a large box to have sex, then candidly discussing their experiences in front of a studio audience - have been bought by Relativity Media, reports Broadcast.

Relativity, which makes shows including MTV documentary Catfish, is in final talks with Us cable networks, and a broadcast partner is expected to be confirmed next week at the Realscreen Summit in Washington DC.

Sex Box aired to an overnight audience of 906,000 in October 2013, posting a consolidated average audience of 1.2m.

The programme also attracted considerable attention on social media when it was broadcast.

Collect the crates. Kill the monsters. Don’t die. Seems simple enough, right? Not if you are playing Super Crate Box.

This indie game by Vlambeer is a throwback to the golden days of arcades when 8-bit was king, but it also brings the complexity and solid game design we have come to expect.

In the game you start off with a simple dual pistol. That changes the second you collect a crate. Weapons are switched out randomly and you have no choice in the matter because no matter how much you may want to hold on to the bazooka, you need to pick up crates in order to unlock new weapons and levels. The result typically tends to be a shriek of joy when you pick up a minigun, and a mad dash to get rid of the dangerously deadly mines as soon as possible.

This was a hard comic to review because of the spoilers leaked by DC about their upcoming Forever Evil miniseries. However, despite a little bit of the ending being ruined, Justice League #23 ties together all the loose ends of “Trinity War” and also sets up Forever Evil nicely. There are callbacks to previous events in the Justice League series, like Darkseid’s invasion and 2012′s Free Comic Book Day issue. Geoff Johns also finds time to comment on several of the heroes’ subplots and flesh out the new villain(s) between the action sequences. Ivan Reis shows why he is the perfect choice for drawing big comics events with several splash pages of heroes fighting each other. Chicago – We like to think that mass murderers are pure monsters. They don’t have kids. They don’t walk around free. They couldn’t possibly have a moment of joy after causing so much pain. This is, of course, nothing more than a comforting fallacy.

And yet film has had a very difficult time of tearing down this façade. Even documentary films often present their killers as pure villains. This is not to say that Joshua Oppenheimer, the director of the mesmerizing “The Act of Killing,” lets his subjects off the hook, but he allows the process of filmmaking and the act of remembering to do the judging for him. This film is jaw-dropping. It’s a must-see.

Why We're In: Anything with Bernal is always memorable, but it is Larrain's potent mix of humor and history that create a noteworthy film which satirizes the power of the media. "No" undoubtedly deserved it's Oscars Best Foreign Film nod this year.
