Shoot to Thrill

One of Joe Sarno's awful porn videos, quite embarrassingly bad from start to finish. The title is intentionally misleading for this stilted attempt at comedy.

This is the sort of silly satire associated with drag shows, especially the work of Charles Busch, but played hetero instead. Stars Siobhan Hunter and Randy Paul adopt affected acting styles and have Britishisms in their dialogue as they play lovers Helen and J. R. (a/k/a John), humping on a cheap set apparently in Queens. Their frequent "Oh, John!", "Oh, Helen!" exclamations are meant to be funny. Sarno's trademark "walking down the sidewalk" footage is used to connect the studio scenes that all take place in bedrooms.

After the couple makes love, a tall, extremely thin actress Christine Robbins enters the bedroom somehow asking for a root for cooking. She's supposedly an Oriental seductress, descendant of Genghis Khan who is Siobhan's neighbor. She returns later in the video for two sex scenes.

Sort of a storyline has Stephanie Rage working with private eye Sam Sharp (big-dicked Damien Cashmere), spying on her man Randy Paul. She wants to get him back from Siobhan, but inexplicably f*cks Sam instead.

Pointless sex scenes of Randy/Robbins and Cashmere/Siobhan follow, ending with Robbins seducing Rage, and a typically stupid ending. And don't forget, Sarno's trademark huge vibrator makes a cameo appearance during the lesbian scene.

Another day, another pseudonym as Joe tries to hide his tracks, calling himself "Stephen Polk" this time.
