A bad guy gets his arm cut off. By the look of the arm, the arm is severed below the shoulder but when we see the guy, it appears that the cut was made at the shoulder. (And it is obvious that his arm tucked into his shirt.)

When Andy/Susie is breaking the fingers of the big mobster guy, her left leg is on top of him in some shots and tucked beside him in other shots.

When fighting near the pool, Karl cuts a guy's neck and it falls into the water, seconds after this another guy pushes Karl to the water and the first body is nowhere to be seen.

They say Komodo Dragon's have three penises when they actually have two.

The guy it's not saying they have three penises, he says he heard it on a documentary. The documentary could be wrong or he could be remembering it badly.
