Warwick Davis said that this is his favorite out of the series, because he liked the humour in it. "I think it tapped into the potential of bringing a comedic element to it all. And Brian Trenchard-Smith, who directed that one, is an incredible director. He manages to get so much out of so little money, and that was what was great about working with him. He really got the humor."
As Scott is entering the casino, Warwick Davis can be seen making a cameo without make-up, playing a slot machine.
The production could only afford to shoot one night on location in Las Vegas. The scenes of the Leprechaun walking around the strip were mostly shot without permits.
