Whilst the show was still garnering high ratings, high budget demands of the series and location fees were the reason behind the show being canceled.

The main actors had the opportunity to have input into the writing of their characters, and all created biographies for them that were used by the writers room in subsequent episodes.

On Prime Video in Italy, all the episodes are assembled in two seasons. Actually 54 episodes are availaible, 22 in season 1 and 32 in season 2--in other words only two episodes of the trhe seasons are not available. The order of the episodes is totally different, the title of each episode is wrong, the opening episode is far from being the first one in on Prime Video, and you can't get what happened earlier between the team members. You cannot get the right title and plot of the episode until you get the correct title of each episode only in their opening credits. The tv series on Prime Video in Italy is in the Italian language only (eccellent dubbing for sure), but no chance to swap to the original English audio. The video quality and format is not HD, is more or less what it was on tv at the time in Italy when it was releasead, dvd quality closer to dvd5 than dvd9 and no better than that. Season 1 is no better than a dvd5 quality, second season is closer to dvd9 quality, the third season is included in the so-called "second season", and I have not arrived so far as to watch it. it seems the Prime Video, at least in Italy, made a copy and paste of the episodes' title, order and plot without checking what was what, regarding this beautiful Australian crime series as minor entertainment.
