Two specific cases come to mind--the owner of a limo service who was accused of switching vehicles and stated that he never carried that vehicle and had a brochure to prove it, and a landlord who stated that it cost over $4000 to restore a house when a tenant left it, but the person who evaluated it wasn't present. However, he DID have both the bills and the before and after photos, which she absolutely refused to look at! I'm sorry, but I have participated in one way or another in a number of hearings, and this is NOT the behavior I have ever seen in a legitimate judge.
It certainly isn't entertainment--that's for sure!
What the heck happened to her??
She is mean as a rattlesnake and not fair by any means. It seems she has made up her mind just by reading the case files before she even comes out. Small claims should not be treated as a CRIMINAL case.
Perhaps it is time to enjoy life and try to remember that there really is good people out there.
I currently enjoy the great personality of the ever gorgeous Judge Milian.

Judge Judy: These children are entitled to at least one parent to set a good example. Grownups take care of their children, they don't just provide them with food, they provide them with a moral compass. They try not to teach them to become brawling animals in parking lots, hitting each other with 2X4's, scratching each others' eyes out. Human beings don't do that to each other. You don't belong at a club at 12 a.m., you belong HOME! Reading them stories from a BOOK!
