फ़ीचर्ड समीक्षाएं
Not a bad movie all up.
Without giving the plot away, don't ever tell a friend you wish someone was dead. Your wish may just come true. But then the favour may be expected in return as well.
Linda Gray is convincing in her role as the crazed killer. If only she was like that in Dallas, the show would have been so much better.
I gave it a 6/10

`Accidental Meeting' is, unfortunately, exactly what we as American viewers will let pass as acceptable entertainment. No original scenarios, characters, or dialogue, and a god-awful ending
but it's good enough for something on TV. For whatever reason, we'll let it slide because it is good enough', or it's deemed a good popcorn flick. It makes me sad that people will watch this when it's on cable; anything on TV is more stimulating than this film, even the Teletubbies. To give credit where it's due, all of the principal actors played their roles adequately, Linda Gray was especially deceitful and evil in a role that stretched her `Melrose Place' skills slightly further, and Linda Purl was exceptionally sweet and innocent. Stay away from this heaping pile of mediocrity and you will be smarter and more successful in life. Rating: 5/40
if it comes on t.v. and nothing else is on and you really have nothing better to do...its alright.
acting is a step above daytime soaps (not much in some cases) plot is recycled rip off of Hitchcock's classic "Strangers on a Train" dialogue/screenplay is a triffle weak.
All in all better than most of the swill on daytime television. More entertaining and less painful than shaving your tongue! 2/10

Is television so desperate for something to fill up two hours that producers are turning out stuff like this? Melodramatic to the extreme, unbelievable story and predictable denouement. The cast, who all do well, have my sympathy for wading through this.
Patricia Highsmith's celebrated crime novel STRANGERS ON A TRAIN has been remade several times since Alfred Hitchcock's 1951 masterpiece (e.g., Once You Kiss a Stranger and Throw Momma From the Train). How is it possible therefore that the originator of this "criss cross" premise goes uncredited in this tepid TV version starring Linda Gray and Linda Purl? It's more than merely a conspicuous oversight. Instead it's the most blatant instance of plagiarism I've ever encountered.
