- Det. Ryan: [about Turk 182] There are two theories. The first is that this is an organized conspiracy. The other more bizarre theory is that this is the work of one man - Superman, apparently!
- Det. Ryan: [the cops are looking at slides of Turk's graffiti] This little masterpiece was conducted while the surrogate court was in night session. If you can believe that one.
- Det. Kowalski: Justice is indeed blind.
- Powerhouse chief: [after Ryan has fired his gun at the power grid to the bridge] Stupid flatfoot. Never heard of auxillary power?
