When Moira ties up Aunt Lydia and escapes the Red Center, it is late at night, but moments later, when she exits, it is clearly daytime.

In separate washroom stalls, Kate and Moira shake hands above the wall. We see Moira's hand go up, but when camera looks from Kate's side, her eyes look up before Moira's hand appears above the wall.

When Aunt Lydia introduces herself to the prospective Handmaids, a slow-moving freight train is rolling through the background. This train disappears when she snaps her fingers.

The clock chimes 10 as Offred enters the Commander's office for the last time, but the clock seen on the wall behind her in the next few shots shows several minutes past 10 and in a close-up has gone back a few minutes.

When Kate goes into Nick's apartment for the first time, she hangs her coat on the coat rack but in the next shot it's shown hanging over the back of a chair.

Women are forbidden to read but Moira sees Aunt Lydia reading a book. The book explains that "Aunts" were exceptions to this rule, as it was necessary for them to keep records of handmaids' activities, placements with commanders, and personal information.

After the Handmaid is hanged at the Particicution and her body is hanging there, it is obvious that the rope around her neck is quite loose, i. e., betrays that she was hoisted by a harness.

A man is giving a speech denouncing women. He lists one of their sins as "test-tube babies" (on the soundtrack), but his mouth is clearly saying something else.

In the "Particicution" scene, one shot aimed at the chapel clearly shows a theatrical light aiming at the camera.
