The scenes in which Jennifer takes revenge on her tormentors are left intact but nearly all rape scenes have been heavily cut. To maintain a running time over 90 minutes numerous scenes and shots are repeated two or three times which is a rather odd thing to behold in the movie.
In 2010 the movie was re-released in the UK as "the most complete version ever released in the UK". Unfortunately there's still a total of 2 minutes of missing footage. This is very unfortunate, especially because the release itself is quite nice, offering an informative booklet and a poster.
