- Dr. Mildred Watson: Not yet. Yes. I see him. He's everything you said he was.
- Justin Playfair: He makes you proud.
- Dr. Mildred Watson: He does!
- Justin Playfair: Stand closer to me.
- Dr. Mildred Watson: Hold my hand.

- Justin Playfair: Now. He's coming. On horseback riding like a king.
- Dr. Mildred Watson: I can't hear.
- Justin Playfair: [getting up] Not on my knees.
- Dr. Mildred Watson: There's nothing. There's nothing!
- Justin Playfair: On your feet by me.
- Dr. Mildred Watson: A sound. Please, just a little sound.
- Justin Playfair: Stand up.
