Chicago Medis set to bring back more original cast members for Season 11.

Speaking to TVLine, Chicago Med showrunner Allen MacDonald confirmed that he intends "to bring back another original cast member or two, like I did Sarah Reese, and that is in the works." While there was no obvious sign as to which original cast members MacDonald might have in mind, Colin Donnell, Nick Gehlfuss, Torrey DeVitto, Brian Tee, and Yaya DaCosta have all departed Chicago Med since making their debuts in the series' first season.

Chicago Med is the third entry in the One Chicago franchise created by Derek Haas, Michael Brandt, and Dick Wolf. In the series' recently concluded tenth season, Rachel Dipillo returned in a reprisal of her role as Doctor Sarah Reese, who left Chicago Med back in Season 4.
