Really a waste of time. Name and story is related to Banaras and all actors talking in Bihari accent.

Weak story, bad actors, boring songs and weak direction.

Abhimanyu Singh work is fabulous in this series full of action and varsatile starcast this movie is based on land mafia and politics.

Only good parts were the acting of Abhimanyu Singh, Flora Saini, Govind Namdeo, Shalin Bhanot and Daya Shankar... Rest of the actors were pathetic along with the director

At a time when Crime Thriller has become new age craze, several Movies and Web Series exploring the themes related to Bihar and Uttar Pradesh have opened up new horizon of cinematic experimentation. During the last few years a number of Movies and Web Series attained success exploring different aspects related to demographic dividends of both Bihar and Uttar Pradesh. But narrating violence can never be a theme of a film. Crime as projected on the Screen related to Bihar and Uttar Pradesh is the manifestation of discontenment and exploitation. But labelling only Bihar and UP as the heaven of criminals is not right approach.

Compared to other Crime Thrillers, The Red Land may seem lacking certain quality. However this Web Series has some interesting qualities. The action depicts a very concerning reality about Varanasi earlier known as Kashi; a famous pilgrimage of the Hindu community. However, the Web Series has not defamed the sanctity of Varanasi. The impression is dwelling in a Holy place or its periphery hardly impacts anybody determined to commit Crime. Similarly, the issue of land mafia and caste identity have projected in a realistic manner. What makes the Web Series a bit unique is the language and typical dialogue delivery. The actors also seem performing as per the spirit of the theme.

Despite certain weak points, it will be wrong to term the Web Series rubbish or worthless. Opinion differs and this is what criticism is in the real sense.

Series is very nice. It's a good concept because it's a reality of up bihar state. Bhu mafia.. Good concept. All actors did good job. We r waiting for part 2 . Goli kisne maari....
