It's the second Yash Raj movie within a month and both lacking content. This movie has done zero justice to the character and amount of history it carries along.

I didn't learn much about Prithviraj or Sanyukta or Ghouri after watching this movie. Utter lack of content and it was painful to sit through the movie. Music is below average and is not worth watching in cinema. Even the battles were lackluster.

I have lost another 2 hours of my life. Thank you.

Pretty much summed up in the title.

It's a movie made to cash in on the hyper nationalism wave. And to do that there are many historical inaccuracies in the film which are aimed at demonising and vilifying a community.

It was fun to watch but It did not impress that much I think i waste my money popcorn time pizza burgers everything.

Akshay should make only comedy movies these King type movies suits on king like personality of actors Total waste.

Intentions were good but outcome is Huge Dissapointing. I remember the 40-50 pgs of Amar Chitra Katha of Samrat Prithviraj that I read decades back in 80s was much much better and entertaining than this movie.

Key Historical incidents are not shown. Read at the end of this review those 12-13 incidents of Samrat Prithviraj.

They have altered some key incidents like Swaymwar and last dwell scene.. huge let down Akshay should have done some look test. He was not looking like a king. His last climax look he should have kept in whole movie.

Director and bad Actor choices are to blame here. There is a huge responsibility while choosing to make a historic movie. If you can't commit, dont do it.

Hats off to SLB. He really nailed it and have set the standards high.

The way Rajputana's history has been and the events that have happened, I did not feel anything at all that it should be the story of Emperor Prithviraj Chauhan. You are showing the story of a warrior with empty twists, you are very disappointing.....
