Sooryavanshi

The dialogues and screenplay are too cliche. Could bear it for more than 20 mins. Not even half way there when compared to Singham 1. The dialogues made me puke . Too dumb and pathetic .

Some Pakistani terrorists, bomb blast, deshbhakti, remind muslim that indian muslim good, pakistan muslim bad etc etc.

Akshay movies are getting boring now. He is losing his touch. His comedy is bad now.

Story: During 93 Mumbai blasts 400kg RDX was used. The terrorists plan to detonate rest 600kgs in current future. Sooryavanshi and his team are in charge of neutralizing this havoc. Will they succeed? If yes than at what cost?

Cinematography & Direction: Average (Typical Rohit Shetty). A power pack entertainer which most of people would enjoy.

Acting (& music): I am not great fan when these things come. For example, we see Javed as comic artist so his portrayal failed. The comic nature of Vanshis to jumble up names is far away from fun. Vanshi aka Akahay looks old and comparison with other officers like Javed feels desperate. I liked Simmba's part although where he explains the consequences. Music was average.

Final Verdict: Singham and Simmba were better movies. I can't believe we waited so long for this movie. Disappointed.

After Simmba I have huge expectations from Sooryavanshi because of Akshay Kumar and Rohit Shetty coming together. But the mess the director has made in this movie is a huge disappointment. Predictable old story with terrorism angle which is not a good story at all and just repeated in every typical bollywood movie. Second thing there is not a single combat action sequence that will make you satisfy. Only the second half of the movie is little bit interesting because of RANVEER SINGH and his comic punches. Otherwise whole movie is boring and dull. Just don't expect too much because it will led you a huge disappointment.

Bgm is the only saving factory in this movie....

Raising the curtain with '93 blasts in Mumbai, the story focuses on a major chunk of explosive material left from the blast, linking it with a couple of fugitives who managed to escape back then. Veer Sooryavanshi (Akshay Kumar) is handled the mission by his superior Kabir Shroff (Jaaved Jaaferi), who though was the star of solving the '93 bombing case but he still regrets some of the choices he made.

Sooryavanshi, along with managing his family issues with wife Riya (Katrina Kaif), investigates the missing RDX which, they get a leak about, could be used for multiple bomb blasts in Mumbai. With help from his old colleagues Simmba (Ranveer Singh) & Singham (Ajay Devgn), Sooryavanshi races against the time, hoping to stop the ticking bomb avoiding a lethal disaster.

I expected from this year's biggest hit movie that it will be successful in giving good comedy and action. But despite being a mass entertainer, the film does not get any kind of entertainment. There was no crispiness in the action scenes. The very important helicopter chase scene's VFX looks straight out of a low-budget-high-ambitions movie.

The only good thing about the movie was Singham's entry.
