फ़ीचर्ड समीक्षाएं
One of the best films at 2020 Nevermore Film Festival. Low budget, but intriguing and thoughtful fictional account of Bernwood, a 2008 video blogger who specializes in debunking conspiracy theories, who gets caught up in a story about extra-terresrials. Has a similar vibe to the X-Files. Doesn't answer all the questions it poses, but the best films leave something to your imagination.
I'm not sure why this movie has a rating below 6, but I suppose some people are very fickle.
A young woman who runs a sceptic YouTube channel in 2008 meets up with a mysterious man who claims he worked for a secret company. From that point on things are not what they seem - and indeed, you may even question what you thought she knew at one point in the film, where they make a clever switch without revealing it.
The ending is both predictable and unusual at the same time.
The film is low budget and with limited locations, but as is often the case with a well-written script, this doesn't matter. It still makes for an engaging story.
Summary: keep the pen on you at all times. It'll ground you in a respectable 8 out of 10.

Interesting take on Majestic 12 & the government alien conspiracy theories with a brand new theory, fully fleshed out into a great low budget entertainer for the more cerebral among us. You think you've heard all this before, but no. It's fresh, & not a bad sci-fi.
Taking a look at the other wildly varying reviews, it had good tension but as a horror lover, I wouldn't call it scary. It did have the clandestine conspiracy. High strangeness amidst the unquestioning norm paradoxical atmosphere, which was truly expertly constructed.
There are zero visuals to speak of or special effects at all, but it was the wise choice not to employ them. If you're looking for an action or CGI flick this ain't it.

Make a movie that seems really interesting, release a full length trailer.... but then make the actual feature length film TOTALLY UNAVAILABLE TO ANYONE ANYWHERE.
It get's 10 stars simply for being so good, I can't find it anywhere on Earth.

I'll start off by saying that I enjoyed watching this movie. Id recommend it to anyone who likes science fiction but isn't addicted to action, which is important to stress because there isn't any "action" per se. It's heavy on concept, with old conspiracy theories like JFK, Mandela effect, MJ12, Roswell, alternate time lines, and secret alliances with alien species fighting a intergalactic war. The film never gives you enough hokum to say "come on" but gives you just enough to stay keenly interested and want to see where it goes.
I really enjoyed the dialogue and the twists and turns through a timeline which had me wondering what this movie could have accomplished with a better budget. It's definitely worth a watch. Clever, low budget film making that won't disappoint you.
