The Cuckoldress

Lovingly hand-crafted in the little port town of Los Angeles, CA, 'The Cuckoldress' is a simple story of love: love of self, and love of self-loathing. This is ultimately a story about communication with one's partner and with one's self; truth in sexuality reigns supreme, and when it doesn't, we get to laugh at it.

Few things tickle me more than people at their most vulnerable via pursuit of their sexual endeavors, so it was a true delight seeing multiple scenes of this driving a narrative with a satisfying emotional through-line. I could watch hours of awkward couples muttering uncomfortable dirty talk to each other, and very much hope to in the future.

A well written script, ambitious production and a lot of fun to watch. Definitely check it out.

Here is a nice and deranged short that made me laugh. Kudos to the overall audacity and to the use of Jenga. The denouement saved this from being a simple tragedy -- and more of a darkly comic take on sex and power.

I learned a lot from this project but what's important is, I did the best I could.
