फ़ीचर्ड समीक्षाएं
Looks like the creators pulled some interesting ideas from the Internet and tried to do multiple stories Black Mirror-style.
I can't say it was horrible, but the script needed a couple more revisions and improvements. Some of the things don't work, some of the dialogue feels very forced. And since Black Mirror exists, it's hard to make a good film about humanity destroying itself in the supposedly happy tech-improved future.
The setting worked mostly because of how cold and lifeless it felt, recognizable Central Europe backgrounds were a nice choice.
The acting ranged from not great (the android handler) to quite okay-ish. Most of the stories were not given enough screen time to shine, I don't know why they have decided to make it as short. The android story with more details would've been great if they'd given it more time to breathe.
There was potential in this film, but it was heavily undermined by the lack of story and details to munch on. Even the budget didn't hurt it as much.
I wish Agata Alexander good luck and hopefully, she will be able to refine this and create a good film out of this with a bigger budget.
I also wouldn't call it artsy, it has a good emotional side and there were no useless scenes of self-indulgence.

This movie has a lot of problems. Starting with that it tries too much and what I mean by that is that there is no flow or common tread. This spins on its axel, sometimes shaky cam, some times fixed, and we even see it as first-player-shooter camera at times. Sometimes futuristic music, sometimes nonsense, sometimes the movie tries to sell a future with robots etc and sometimes the feeling is that this is made in the 1980s. And people smoke! Like a lot. When did smoking become a thing in the future? The movie is sold as social criticism one second, and a futuristic existential drama the next. This is family, God, and relationship one second and end of the world the next. This is drugs and rape one second, and slow moving dialogue in Space the next.
This mixture and lack of directing is one key factor why this does not work. You can see the threads, and the scenes, but they are not together, this is not made good enough for us to really tell what is going on. They also mention Covid as a third outbreak with a lot of nonsense attached to it and this virus news is told by a voice sounding like a bored sex worker. So, so bad...
The second big problem with this movie is the low production value. Set pieces, clothes, light, and almost everything about this is smells and look cheap.
The two only positives are the acting which is solid by the entire cast, and the music which overall is excellent.
The movie is unfortunately a complete failure in execution. The script, directing, and storytelling is all horrible.
I can however see potential. Tripple the budget, make the movie 20min longer so we can tie everything together properly and polish up on everything I mention above and this could actually be something. I have the feeling that the idea is good, but nothing else besides acting is so it all becomes incompetent nonsense.
This movie desperately tries to be a futuristic more modern SJW version of Requiem for a Dream dosed with some end of the world porn. And it fails so badly it is not even funny.
I give this a 2/10. This is not the worst I have seen this year, but this is not something anyone should watch. Stay away.

It feels like a mashup of Black Mirror episodes stitched into a movie. From what i can tell, this is a feature length debut for the director. She has done a commendable job. Whilst not ground breaking, it was definitely enjoyable. It has some genuinely strange & disturbing parts. It did move me to think much the same way Black Mirror did.
I can't say I was bored whilst watching Warning but it could have been so much better. The ideas were there, in fact you could make several different sci-fi movies with all the ideas from Warning. The problem is that now it all felt like an incoherent mess, it looked like short movies glued together in a movie without a clear comprehensive story. The acting wasn't bad, the futuristic views were there, but the execution could and should have been much better and that's a pity.
Some of the ideas are pretty entertaining. Some of them even original. The storytelling is consistently good. However, each storyline ends without being entirely satisfying. They just end; they lack a meaningful conclusion.
