Barbie Dreamhouse Adventures

Best Barbie series I've seen. Barbie is smart, kind, talented as well as being humble, assertive and graceful. Well suited to children, my daughter loved it and she's 5 years and I was hooked too. I hope they make more episodes! Just be careful not to mistake it with Barbie Adventures in Dreamhouse as that is not as well executed or appropriate.

Yes, this is a children's animated series. So are the storylines amazingly complex and creative? No. But are they entertaining and fun? Yes. I love that family values are highlighted and that the parents aren't portrayed as idiots. I don't mind watching this with my daughter.

My daughter and I actually enjoy this version a lot more than other barbies. I love the animation compared to another Barbie version where you can tell that they're dolls. Super awkward. Their parents are involved in this version also, the sisters and friends work together in all of the episodes! Love it

Some of the other episodes had yoga which my kids think is boring, or (in the case of the mermaid episodes) were too suspenseful. But its a great series and they always look forward to new episodes.

This is not just a review but a comparison. My daughters have always loved the Barbie shows and series. The last Barbie was degrading and sexist. This new one is AWESOME! It teaches and builds people up and Barbie comes from a family and we get to know them. And ken isn't a potential boyfriend but her neighbor and friend. It's so improved. We LOVE it!
