Let me sum it up for you real quick, it's the Goodwill, Dollar Tree version of Jersey shore. That should tell you all you need to know

Unlikable, binge-drinking, whoreish 20-something men and women, living in the armpit of the US.

Why MTV felt the need to revisit this formula is unknown. Maybe enough time has passed since the jersey shore that no one remembers how annoying those people were. Unsurprisingly, these people are just as annoying, self-centered and hateable.

The ladies, in particular, come across as self-absorbed, angry, aggressive and willing to fight with just about anyone for no reason at all. How men would find this kind of crap attractive is beyond me. Is this how MTV sees young people or is this how people really act now? I'm definitely not in the age demographic for this show (I wasn't when jersey shore was on either) and I shan't be watching any more episodes of it. Be warned, it's likely to cause you to end up with that "smelled a fart" face by the arrival of the first commercial break.

This show is pure trash. I would never let anyone younger than 18 watch this show because these people are horrible role models. The drama is all manufactured and personally I would never want to be a cast member in the show. They just obsessively binge drink. You can even watch their slow decline in physical appearance each season because of the effects of binge drinking almost every day. The boys agitate me (I'm looking at you gus and Jeremiah). And the girls are nuts (NILSA!! And Kortni, but I love her). I'm giving it 10 stars though because it entertains me. And truly that's all I can ask of a reality TV show.

It's pretty much Jersey Shore with a new group of younger people. I'm a reality TV lover, so if you like reality TV, you'll probably enjoy this show!

It's VERY clear that this is trashy tv, they don't hide it lol. Why are y'all watching it if you hate trash tv so much? I think it's hilarious and entertaining.

All of the comments hating on it are talking about how trashy it is when that's literally what it's advertised as. Weird to me.

All the trash, fights, drunk boning, and spilled drinks you loved about the Jersey Shore but with strangely placed religious overtones, and a smooth southern draw.

I can't stress how much this show is a dumpster fire, I can't stop watching. They are so drunk, all they do is fight and bang, it's a mess. No one watches this type of reality TV because it's good, but if you lean into how stupid and insane it is, it's really fun. My best friends and I watch this in the background and laugh the whole time.

I've binged season 1 and 2 the last 3 days. I'm so hooked. Love amiee so much. To the people saying it's trash.....have you watched it or just giving an opinion. Cuz why give it the time of day then?

The worst trash from Jersey Shore gets blended into a Florida beach town where they can get drunk and act like the animals that they are with a camera recording their pig-farm antics. These folks should be given a DNA test to prove that they are human. Most of the cast would fail.

Well I never watched Jersey Shore and don't care to. Maybe cause I'm from the south, but I LOVE FLORIBAMA.

This series is hell's bad compared to the original Jersey Shore... I want "Cabs here"....and "t-shirt time" again lol.... Not bunch grown men crying bout there feelings.... Ya first one had issues but not as severe as this new series. I watched five mins of an episode and was done.

Just chiming in to see if one of my favorite shows is rated better than this HORRID new Nick show called Tyler Perry's Young Dylan. it is so im satisfied..

Speaking of i hope Floribama Shore comes back for a 4th season and has Mattie as a cast member.

Yeah I'm a sucker for trashy reality TV. As an aussie who loves partying with Americans from the south this was right up my alley. However I will admit they do talk too much about their feelings and "disrespecting" each other. Thank the lord that Gilsa is dead.

It's a knock off of jersey shore. And Codi is such a compulsive liar wearing shirts that don't fit him .

Liked the first couple seasons. Then once the Gus/Jeremiah drama started and everyone started showing their true colors, I really don't care for it. From Gus' maliciousness and downright narcissistic attitude to the lack of empathy toward Jeremiah....this show makes me ashamed to admit I'm from the South.

Unique combo of old and new-school reality tv. The beach setting is a fun atmosphere to watch everyone make the most of their living situation. The humor and partying are my favorite parts of the show. The show could do without some of the drama. As with anything, don't overthink or take the show too seriously. I'm looking forward to new episodes.

Just a bunch of trashy kids, drinking and arguing and crying, it's why this country has gotten so soft, and thank God for cable, at least I got over 200-300 channels, so I don't have to watch this trashy show. I see the real thing when I go to Destin, Panama City beach, so why would I want to see it on tv?

I only watch this show for the dumb blonde moments. Your IQ goes down every episode. Never thought I'll say Jersey Shore is better. Bunch of snakes living together in one beach house. Everyone's so fake when they do the one on one talks then next day another fight breaks out! Chi chi down!

This show is so good, at first i was skeptical of it being to much of a jersey shore knock off, but this show is 10x better in my opinion. It has all the drama and partying that keeps it interesting but at the end of the day you can see how much they love each other and it is really nice to also have that love and positivity in these types of shows. I'm really really hoping for a season 3!!!!

This show definitely has to be the WORST reality show in history!

You have a blonde woman Amy getting her heels scraped with a cheese grater at a pedicure session that pulverized my brain cells for eternity.

You have a tall brunette who says "6itches" more times than a professional pimp!

The absolute WORST is Nilsa who tries so desperately to be the offspring of Snooki. She is a born loser that would look for validation of her appearance from a homeless transvestite.

Kirk has no point on the show and I am really questioning his sexual orientation because he NEVER compliments a woman (I've seen on social media he has a token GF that appears out of his league so that explains his character)

The others don't deserve my effort to write about.

MTV DO NOT renew a Season 3 or I'm cancelling my cable subscription!

It's bottom of the barrel television. You will lose IQ points if you watch and will need a shower after. In my defense, I search streaming services for hours and just can't find anything that interests me, so I just give up and watch trash like Floribama Shore. It's entertaining in a perverse sort of way.

Negatives: the in your face Christianity of convenience constantly on display. These folks act like amoral heathens then pray to relieve their guilt or when their behavior has placed them in a bad spot. It isn't repentance if you have no real intent or desire to change your immoral behavior. And, the guilt heaped down upon these poor people due to their non Christian behavior is offensive. Is this really how southern Christianity works? I honestly don't think so and hope not.

The women in the house are annoying and so unattractive. Candace is alright, the rest are so gross and offensive. Nilsa at least has a kind heart.

The guys are dudes I would have hung with in my partying days because they at least have a little tiny sense of morality at their core. Kirk is an awesome guy, Codi is solid. Jeremiah is a bit annoying yet seems like an ok buddy. Gus has issues yet is super likeable. That being said, I wouldn't allow any of these guys within 100 yards of any woman that I cared about as they are not dating material for good women.

There isn't much to the show. Petty drama and a lot of partying. If you can get over the obvious moral conundrum of whether you should watch, you will like the guilty pleasure of watching the cast do their thing and their crazy partying hijinks.

I personally love this show! Not as much as jersey shore but next in line
