A vulgar, homophobic, racist boss, with a drug habit, tries to save his company and his life, with the help of a woman who cleans his office. It´s a comedy, but also a drama, a original romance, and a story about power relations in work environment.

The characters ring true. There are some well acted heartfelt moments, but also some quite funny ones. The women were strong and independent, the men too, although they sometimes needed a nudge. I especially loved Juana in her role.

Or is it horsing around? No pun intended - especially because no horses are actually involved here. The main boss here has quite a few issues. He is not the most likeable. It is not because he couldn't be - we can guess I reckon ourselves why he became the way he is now.

I think the performance gives away a few things, that make it easier to guess. There is also the script or the way the story evolves. We see him and how he finds his inner child again. He is fed up with his job anyway ... he's not happy at all. But he has money and he was the one who was there from the start (with someone else) ... what does that mean? Well you have to watch to get that answer.

A fun little movie - it will not be for everyone and the pacing may feel weird. There is also the age gap between our two main characters. But if you can't suspend your disbelief, you will have issues with other things too. Just go with the flow, accept the very flawed main character and try to be either understanding or remember it is just a movie.

Glad I don't work at this company. The owner of a small business, also going through a messy divorce, sees his company heading into major financial trouble. While sleeping in his office, he has an interesting encounter with a snoopy and savvy cleaning lady. They befriend each other and she unexpectedly may have a knack at helping him land on his feet after all this. Will he land on his feet? Will they land in bed? What plan have the co-workers concocted? This is a pleasant little comedy that offers light smirks along with a decent enough story to keep you engaged for the duration.

This film has to to be one of the years worst films of 2019. Prentious boring and not funny.
