''Day and Night'' involves 8 different cases but each somehow related to the real mastermind behind the main case the Guan brothers are working on. Yueming Pan is praised once again due to his outstanding performance of playing the two brothers with personalities that totally differs from each other. With a tense and an absorbing plot along with the superb performances the actors give, this drama is definitely a pleasure to watch.

The story is very interesting, the character is very ingenious, and the most important is that the two twins are played by the same actor, and in the play, the younger brother plays the role of pretending to be older brother. And the actor's excellent performance enables the audience to easily distinguish two brothers from the details of expression, tone, movement and so on, including the younger brother playing the elder brother. The picture, music and color of the whole work are very outstanding, and the logic is very strict. It is worth seeing.

This one deserve every bit of attention if you are into detective stories, and the thing is its more than detective story the whole season plot runs smoothly though minor plot holes, for the acting of the protagonist alone as twin with subtle difference in character is the highlight with amazing support cast and thrill of cat of mouse around every corner.

I haven't watched any Chinese drama except for the old Kung Fu ones, but if this is the quality of Chinese TV definitely will be hooked more. Highly recommended and thank you to Netflix for bringing it out to global audience

this drama very deserves to watch,is an interesting Chinese story. one is a policeman,another is called "a murder",but they are brothers,and they have a almost same face. every single story is professional and interesting. you will see the special society problem and phenomenon,and the finally result is becoming more and more elusive and attractive.

For god sake!!!! Who wouldn't love this show?! With a rate 8.9 on IMDB?! Whatever, it is a detective drama talking about a twin, one was the lieutenant of the police and now as a consultant and another is a criminal who is frame by anonymous. Not like those units drama, some of cases will last two or three episodes, but somehow all of them have connections. BTW, the twin is actually acting by one person, who is my favorite actor, Yueming Pan. Really hope he can act more like this!!!!!
