Susan Roces was slated to star in the film but was dropped off due to Roces not wanting to because she doesn't like to be urged so hard working with the film; as said by director Coco Martin.

Kylie Versoza and Mariel De Leon were casted as a purpose of being beauty queens in real life, with the former being the winner of Miss International 2016. They are the leading ladies and both of them serve as an acting debut to this film.

The film serves as Coco Martin's directorial and producing debut. Furthermore, his director credit is "Rodel Nacianceno", his real birth name. He also formed his own film company called CCM Film Productions in this project.
