Refreshing movie

Now the stroy continue the first part was so amazing and they came with another refreshing movie and with so many twist and comedy bholi is return and one more character is add and some animal with some desi comedy of choocha and his new gifts movie is so enjoying and entertaining the choocha is so awesome now this this whole city is going blast and some better twist for me it's not best but its better and one very refreshing movie for me and about negative this time i think stroy mens its ok but not well but due to its comedy i like the movie and the end is aslo happy and well said to be good.

Quite hilarious, definitely better than Part 1

Watched part 1 and was since then waiting for part 2 to arrive. Must say that despite some weird reviews running the movie down, I found it to be quite hilarious.

I last saw Golmaal Again and cursed myself for watching it. Was just praying Fukrey Returns isn't like that otherwise I would never have gone to watch a sequel again. Thankfully, this is a great movie.

Everyone has acted well, there are a few dull moments here and there but every time Chucha comes on the screen, the movie picks pace.

Go watch it, you won't be disappointed!

Choocha will tickle your funny bones - Go for it !!

Fukrey was a fresh concept with likable story, beautiful music and excellent performance by the new comers especially Varun Sharma. Will Fukrey Returns do justice to the cult classic ?

Bholi Punjaban (Richa Chaddha) is entangled in prison and desperately wants to come out. The only way out to adhere to the promise made to a local minister which again involves the four Fukreys.

Set in the lively city of Delhi , Fukrey Returns is fun to watch. The story does not have much to boast about and screenplay is timid but yet it is the execution of the plot filled with hilarious moments which makes it watchable. Mrigdeep Singh Lamba does a fairly good job in retaining the characters and sequence from the first part. Fukrey Returns will keep you entertained with comic scenes and is sure to bring down the house. The scene where a diver saves live of Choocha by mouth-to-mouth resuscitation is probably the best scene from the film and you will roll down the floor laughing. The scene at the dinner table with a local minister is again enjoyable. The frequent usage of English language by Pankaj Tripathi is fun to watch.

Of course, the sequel disappoints with few blemishes and loose screenplay. Music is a let down. Cinematoraphy is amazing capturing the locales of Delhi. Background score is good. Out of 4 protagonist , Pulkeet Samrat and and Varun Sharma stands out with superb chemistry. Both of them should be applauded for fine comic-timings. Richa Chadha and Pankaj Tripathi do lend in good support.

Fukrey Returns is a Laughton which will be remembered for its utmost hilarious moments. Go for it 3/5

A little too long, but still retains the charm

Here's my short review of the movie -

Acting - Varun Sharma as Choocha is the highlight of the movie (as expected). However, the real highlight is Pankaj Tripathi as Panditji with his English one-liners and his interactions with Choocha. If Fukrey 3 is made, I wouldn't mind if these two were the only main characters. Rest of the cast gives a good performance, they feel like real people stuck in a bizarre situation again.

Songs - OK. The first movie's theme song is used again. The songs are mostly used in the background, which is fine, not chart busters for me.

Cinematography - Delhi is shot very well and its many sides are explored. No complaints there.

Story and direction - The most important parts of a movie. A story can be good, but in the hands of a bad director, it can suck. Thankfully this one doesn't. Director Mrighdeep Singh Lamba and writer Vipul Vig have done a brilliant job. However, the movie does drag in the second half somewhat as I felt it could've been half an hour shorter. Fukrey Returns somewhat falls into the sequel trap where it tries to tell too many stories at once, I felt the first movie was still a better story because it was simple. However, it still manages to be entertaining because of the actors and writing.

TLDR; version - Choocha and (now) Panditji are awesome, rest of the cast gives a good performance, the story is good for the most part but could have been half an hour shorter, the songs are good, but not as good as the first one. 7/10

Fukrey are back with Deja Chu this time

Fukey have returned with new adventure and Deja Chu of Varun Sharma. Sequel has been written very well as opening credit dedicated to first part. Dialogues were witty and full of punches. Director Mrighdeep Singh Lamba and writer Vipul Vig have done brilliant job.Another great performance from Pulkit Samrat, Varun Sharma and Richa Chadha. Pankaj Tripathi as Panditji with English one liner is totally surprise package of the movie. First half was more entertaining and engaging than second one.Music is also good but not up-to previous installment.Definitely you will miss melodious AmbarSariya.

Pandit: [Concealing his rage watching Varun Sharma sleeping whilst the rest are digging a tunnel in the park] Choocha Ji, don't know if we'd ever get the chance again. So, a question was running through my mind. Thought I should clarify: How did YOU arrive in this world, I mean how were you born ? Must be some reason behind it perhaps.
Choocha: [In his signature stupid tone] Pandit Ji, even I once asked Papaji the same thing. So he narrated me a story.
Pandit: [Comically freighted, knowing Sharma's stories are absurd] Even your father's fond of telling "stories" ?
Choocha: [Responding to Pankaj Tripathi in continued foolishness] Exactly Panditji, he's inherited MY genes afterall. Ok here it goes: Once, Papaji was going through a dark, dense forest. On the way, he saw an evil witch on whose lap was myself, the cutest of all Choocha. When Papaji approached that witch and called out "Hey evil witch, hand over that cute Choocha to me", the witch replied that "if you want this cute Choocha, you'll have to marry me first"..
Bholi Punjaban: [Interrupting Varun Sharma] Hey, what nonsense are you telling ?
Choocha: [Thinking Richa Chaddha indeed thinks of him as her boyfriend] Look Bholi, don't interrupt my stories ok. You know I don't like it.
[Returning to Pankaj Tripathi]
Choocha: Yes Panditji where was I ?
Pandit: [Having given up all hope of reality from Varun Sharma] That witch demanded your Papaji to marry her.
Choocha: Yeah. So that witch demanded that if he wanted me, he'd have to marry her. For a while Papaji thought quite deeply, but for my sake he ended up marrying that witch. But one thing isn't clear yet.
Pandit: [Scared further] What's that ?
Choocha: Whenever I ask Papaji who was that witch anyway, why does Mummy Ji beat me with a broomstick ?
Pandit: [In a deadpan voice] I've to meet your Papaji someday.
Choocha: Would be tough. He doesn't talk to suspicious people.
