फ़ीचर्ड समीक्षाएं
Since 2006, I have been played almost all the versions of FIFA. But FIFA17 adds a new definition to terrible, sluggish and extremely slow game play. The offline games usually the kick offs, career mode or the story mode are descent. But for offline features a person does not shell this much money. Following are the most noticeable horrendous gameplay:
1. Playing an opponent during online game, given if you have a lead, there is a very high probability that either the score will get equalized or you might even be outscored at 45' and 90'.
2. Run a player, try to turn them and make a short pass. It feels so odd and unrealistic within game. Who the hell on earth steps back few steps before making short passes. Meanwhile, however far a defender was, he will surely snatch ball away.
3. Even the most sluggish and the most slow defender can run parallel to Messi, Ronaldo, Bale, Valencia and many others and tackle the ball away.
4. When the logic said that on any lob pass or corners, never smack the ball from your head, but first chest the ball so that it could be taken by the defender or caught by the goalkeeper.
5. Players do not run, they crawl, it is not like slow game play, it is turtle speed game play. That is not football.
6. Never make a short pass or through pass if you are counter attacking, the ball will never reach your teammate.
7. Why on the earth so many times the ball hits the post, else it will just miss the back of the net.
8. The referees are all drunk, whatever they feel like they give a foul for that. Ah, you are dribbling, yellow card to you MoFo.
9. The FUT online is a holy havoc. I pray you never go into a penalty shootout. Man 5 of my attempts all went straight in goalkeepers hand, such a terrible lag, that finally I have to give up, uninstall permanently and revert to FIFA 15.
May the supreme force be with you if you already caught the FIFA18 gimmick.

Usually, a new "FIFA" release is like the latest model of the same vacuum cleaner (yeah, weird comparison, but it fits): slightly more powerful, looks a bit fresher, but still the same at its core. That's a common criticism of the series-tweak a little here and there, and voilà, a "new" game. But "FIFA 17" decided to shake things up a bit. The main headline: the game switched to the Frostbite engine, and it genuinely shows. The visuals are brighter, the player faces no longer look like creepy dolls, and the fields and stadiums are much more pleasant to look at.
The physics are livelier. Players don't stop on a dime anymore like race cars with handbrakes. Now when they sharply change direction while dribbling, they lose momentum and actually resemble real people, not digital mannequins. It's especially nice how chaotic things get in the penalty area now - you never quite know if the goalkeeper will reach the ball or let it slip into the far corner. This was a major flaw in previous games where keepers would almost always grab or block the ball easily when charging out. Now it adds not just realism but also a little tension - just like in real football.
And now for something new - story mode! Yes, not just "pick a club, lead it to glory," but an actual storyline. The main character is Alex Hunter, a young guy dreaming of football stardom. There are cutscenes, a bit of drama, and dialogue choices where you decide whether to act humble or cocky. The branching paths aren't super deep, but it really feels like you're playing not just for a team, but for a kid's personal journey from youth academy to the big leagues. They even added social media and newsfeeds to give it a real-world feel - you scroll through your feed and see what's happening in the football world. The matches in the story mode are classic "FIFA", but with added narrative context. And honestly, playing as Alex feels more engaging than just "another random striker."
All in all, I think "FIFA 17" turned out pretty well. The visuals improved, the gameplay feels more realistic, and now there's a story. It's not a masterpiece of drama, sure, but it's still fun. After years of the series being basically just "roster updates," the game finally decided to be a game.
