A film with an independent spirit and a beautiful script, then clearly improvised, with the strengths and own lives of actors informing the actual filming. Leads to a work of much control and understanding of the medium. An acting class that goes very deep. Deep enough to have changed the actors for life and leave no stone in their unconscious unturned. Lovely script but dharmakirti and beautiful performances bun mrunmayee godbole and the male lead. But the scene stealer for me has always been Vinay Sharma.

#CRD (don't know what the title means) is a brave n unique attempt by director Kranti Kanade. The story revolves around a drama director at Ferguson College, who is very harsh on his students. He insults them, also physically n emotionally abuses them, so as to extract an award-winning performance. This is not your typical Bollywood film, it is experimental, abstract n, at times, weird. Excellent performances by Godbole, Sharma n Saraswat. There r only 3 shows in Mumbai, so catch it before it disappears. Rating 4/5.

Available on Netflix. Good movie. It's a one time watch especially bcoz of Mrunmayee Godbole.
