True Nightmares

I love this series and I'm hoping it's still running, if not please bring it back!! Pretty please!

First story happened in 1908...with running electricity on a "farm", a truck from the 60's, and printed color photos...I can't ignore the sloppy storytelling. I was out after 3 minutes.

Sad to see because the idea of the show seemed interesting. I've seen so many paranormal and crime stories that I'm running out of things to watch. This could have been nice if they just took a minute to leave out historical inaccuracies (minor ones would be fine).

Also, why do I need to write six hundred characters for my review? Do you want my life story. Here is the story all about how my life got flipped turned upsidedown...

I love the series but it doesn't have accuracy. For places and years the clothes aren't right, the accents don't fit with the time frames. If you're g for true to life at least get the scenarios right.

This is a fun little thing, but if you know the stories at all, the inaccuracies and downright laziness will probably annoy you. They did me. For example, one of the stories is set in Hammersmith, West London, but all the actors are American, accents and all. The roads look nothing like those in Hammersmith. That's so sloppy and unnecessary. There are other inconsistencies etc that really drag this series down, and it's a shame because it makes you wonder how much to believe of the stories you're just hearing about. Short of looking up each and every one, how are you to know about the truth of any of them? So why bother watching, unless for light entertainment? Ah, well.

I LOVE True Nightmares. It brings forth so many stories that are absolutely mind-blowing. I'm so bummed that there is no new season.... I've been waiting a year anticipating a new season and disappointment doesn't even describe what I feel. I wish I knew why ID always drops shows off the face of the earth. If you get a chance, watch the episodes that are available, Todd Robbins is the perfect host and the style of the show is unique. These aren't your typical stories and that's what I love about it.

Please make a new season of this!
