A waste of money and time... do not attempt to watch this rushed garbage... Horrible all around... poor everything. You have to wonder how "so called movies" like this even make it, or are even allowed to be advertised. Sucks cause any rich kiddo can waste our time with crap like this...and that is exactly what this movie is!

This movie is a mockery of the digital arts. It makes the art of Photoshop and hacking falsely look like a cake walk. Also, kids this agree don't develop iPhone apps. The SDK is too expensive and so are the phones. They'd be using Android phones. Yeah, the movie has bad acting, audio mixing, and cinematography, but the worst thing about it is the insult to people who make the world a better place through tech.

I don't typically write reviews, and I'm also typically not a fan of the indie or low budget scene, but I was actually quite pleasantly surprised by this flick.

I mostly watched it because the premise sounded interesting, and yes at the start it didn't feel as though it really built relatable background that allowed us to feel drawn into the story.

However, after the first 2/3 way through I actually found myself having a good time, and the scenes near the end (no spoilers, but it was when they started 'tweaking' the new creation), they were actually pretty engaging, funny and enjoyable.

A few nods to decent acting, mostly what you would except for this budget, though a big nod out to some great acting by Kelsey Pribilski (Lilly). Elvis Clark as Bash was quite decent, as were most of the female cast, though tbh they had more of a supporting role so easier to carry all the way though.

Overall, I actually found this was a pretty great flick for the price tag, and if the plot interests you then ignore the budget and give it a go.

Guy invents girlfriend, hilarity ensues. Guy rights the wrong done; learns life lessons in the process. Movie ends.

A classic movie recipe in the 80's with 'Weird Science', in iGirlfriend our story is resurrected using modern day tech: fictional iPhone app vs fictional science.

Plot, acting, direction....I won't even waste any more of your time reviewing iGirlfriend except to say the movie is horrible.

Its not even in the "so bad its good" category - its just bad. Don't waste your time with this.

Is there a way to give a movie zero stars? Total waste of time. Horrible filming, unbelievable plot. Just No.
