फ़ीचर्ड समीक्षाएं
I have always have been pretty darn good at predicting how any given movie is going to end. It's one of my completely useless talents. But this movie, I never had a clue and was pretty amazed that I never saw it coming. Makes it almost worth watching if you've got nothing better to do, like rearranging your spice rack or taking German lessons or something.
For a movie that is supposedly all about logic .. well let's just say it takes quite a lot of chances. I like Edge (or Adam Copeland as his parents, friends and relatives call him) and I like Lana (I forgot her real name) - but is it enough to like the movie and the quite .. crazy stuff that is happening here. I reckon the twist itself is ok, whether you knew about it or not. Whether you can see it coming or not ... logic is out, does not really play a role.
It seems like many characters talk a lot but do not live up to what they should be doing. Overall it is decent I reckon, if you don't expect too much from it ... which is the best way to watch it anyway.

"If you know what you're looking for you can prevent it all from ever happening." Lucas Nolan (Copeland) is the best interrogator in the city. After a terror plot is uncovered it is up to him to find out where and when. The suspect they have knows the answers but won't give them up easy. The only choice him and his team have is to play along with his games in hopes of finally uncovering the truth. This is a movie where you pretty much get what you expect. A type of 12 rounds sequel that tries to be much more than that. The acting is what you would expect from a WWE movie and the tenseness comes across as forced and a little cheesy at times. The suspect he is interrogating is written to convey a pretty in your face message which wouldn't be so bad but the fact that his dialog is just a series of clichés it weakens his impact. All that said, the movie did have a twist at the end that made sitting through the entire movie worth it. Overall, a very mediocre movie that is saved by the end, only because I didn't see it coming, but it also could have been that I wasn't really paying that close attention to it. I give this a C.
If I'd been influenced by the trailer or reviews I might've missed a thrilling & intriguing movie. I found the acting & all production values to be satisfactory. The plot sucked me in to the end & I was surprised by the conclusion! Everything made for an unexpected & exciting viewing experience.
Movie has that made-for-tv production value but I overlooked that because the pacing is so darned fast!! I kept meaning to look at the runtime - movie felt like it was over in about :30 minutes. 😁
Denouement felt a bit rushed too, but I didn't see that TWIST coming.
All in all, say what you will but don't describe this flick as a bore.
