If you're wondering how this movie has anything over a 2-star rating, you're not alone-unless, of course, those reviews are funded. From start to finish, the film delivers a cascade of cringe-worthy acting and plot holes that defy all logic. By the 37-minute mark, I found myself baffled: how could anyone buy into a story where a man who has killed thirteen people is freely walking around? The only marginally redeeming factor is Michael Madsen's performance, but even he's saddled with a character that's hard to take seriously.

Ultimately, if you need background noise while scrolling your phone, this movie fits the bill. But if you're looking for something with actual intrigue, a cohesive storyline, or actors who appear to care, skip this one entirely. The only thing it may keep you engaged in is wondering how it was ever greenlit.

I expected better but overall another horror film that could have used a better script. Story and acting worked okay. Holland is still a brilliant director.

I didn't much care for this one... As a matter of fact, I think I could have really lived without seeing it. Basically, it's about a depraved dude who kidnaps girls in their teens that he finds attractive, molests and tortures them, and ultimately kills them so that they can't rat him out. Though it doesn't go into too graphic of detail with what he does with them, you get the idea, and it leaves a lot more to the imagination than I really care for mine to have. Though the acting is halfway decent and the filming is that of a higher budget movie, it doesn't redeem it from the fact that it's just disgusting in principal. I love horror, but when you start throwing stuff like rape, molestation, or sexual assault into the mix, it takes it down a path I really don't like to see a movie of any genre follow. So at the end of the day, if you're sensitive and easily disturbed by that type of material, I don't recommend watching this.

I've watched hundreds of movies and I had seen all kinds of qualities, genres, time periods, etc. I love mystery, suspense , and horror the most. This was not good in my opinion. I feel like anyone who truly knows enough about good movies will say this was 1 star at best. Someone who isn't too experienced or critical in cinema will maybe go for 4. The people giving good reviews are honestly baffling me. The plot, script, just most of it was really underwhelming. The "twist" so many "didn't see coming" was (in my opinion,) pretty obvious from the beginning of the film... I am not trying to insult anyone who liked this movie or found it intriguing and unpredictable, I am merely providing an honest review that I would find helpful if I were looking for viewers opinions about the movie.

Awesome lower budget indie horror film with great picture and sound brought to you by one of indie horror's classic greats, Tom Holland. Fast paced and innovative, filled with ideas and although its an over told story, there's plenty of creativity here because honestly an idea could be done to death but each director brings thier own flavor and spice so it makes each film unique. Rock, paper, scissors is complex, fun, twisty, and quite creepy. The acting is good and it's quite a bang for Holland who proves that after all these years he's still got it. Much better than one might think at first glance. The imdb rating of 4.6 is one of the few ratings on this site I actually disagree with. It should be rated somewhere between like 5.2 and 5.5
