Laura is a Black Belt in Kung Fu and has trained with Dan Inosanto.

It took Laura's parents a little while to allow her to fully commit herself to acting. During this time, to try and help her parents to understand what it felt like to be in front of the camera, she signed them up to an extras agency. Her mother wasn't too keen but her father enjoyed the experience so much, that he has worked on many prime time television shows!.

Enjoys learning accents and speaks Spanish.

Laura has lived and worked in many countries including Mexico, Italy, Spain, The Bahamas and Lanzarote.

Laura and her dad, Ray, both train in Kung Fu. A couple of years ago they were sparring together and Ray failed to block a head high turning kick. This resulted in Laura (accidentally) kicking out 2 of his teeth.
