The watches come in two main variants -- "The Arcade Shooter" and "The Ultimate Shooter." While their main differences are visible on the watch dial, they also come with massive customizability by letting fans choose from 90 hololive and Holostars talents to decorate the watch back. Hololive, the most popular virtual anime girl streaming agency worldwide, is celebrating its fans and talents in an upcoming concert event this March. Hyte, a respected PC accessory maker, is sponsoring the highly anticipated event and will release exclusive goods based on Hololive’s popular idols/content creators.

According to Hyte, the company is releasing a delectable set of keycaps based on the fourth generation of Hololive Japan talents. Hololive 4th Generation members include Amane Kanata, Tsunomaki Watame, Tokoyami Towa and Himemori Luna. The new Hololive keycaps set is available to pre-order on the official Hyte website and will be released in June 2025.

Controversial anime studio Tonari Animation has closed after four years in business. The North American-based company announced the news on its social media channels on Jan. 17, 2025.

Tonari Animation revealed it was ceasing operations via its X (formerly Twitter) account. "It is with a heavy heart that I announce Tonari Animation, Inc. is ceasing operations after four years," the statement reads. "This decision was made after careful consideration and is due to several factors: the devaluation of the Japanese yen, increased competition from companies offering lower prices, a shrinking market share, and the inability to secure the partnerships or funding needed to sustain our operations."
