Stray Kids, a powerhouse in the K-pop world, has an origin story that’s as unique as their amazing music. The group was born out of a fierce survival show in 2017 that was titled Stray Kids. Here, the original lineup battled it out in the high-stakes world of Korean pop. According to the latest update, on February 9, around 9 Pm Kst, the music video for God’s Menu exceeded the 500 million milestone. Currently, it has accumulated 500,177,030 views on the platform.

K-Pop superstars Stray Kids have once again reunited with Tommy Hilfiger for the brand’s Fall 2024 campaign.

The eight-piece boy group, under the Korean agency Jyp Entertainment, were photographed in front of the iconic New York city skyline. The campaign features the group in modernized prep looks, a signature of Tommy Hilfiger.

“Tommy Hilfiger is an American style icon,” Stray Kids said in a release. “Each time we visit, he helps us to feel at home through his timeless prep style — it makes us feel that anything is possible.”

The group (comprised of members Bang Chan, Lee Know, Changbin, Hyunjin, Han, Felix, Seungmin and I.N) added: “We’re so excited for our fans to see us on top of the world in this iconic New York campaign.”

The new campaign is “a tribute to the notion that there’s no place like home, especially New York City,” according to a release from the brand.

Marvel Entertainment released the tracklist for Deadpool & Wolverine‘s soundtrack Wednesday, including a feature that has been years in the making.

Stray Kids, the eight-member K-pop supergroup, will contribute a seemingly new song titled “Slash” to the soundtrack. The boy group, hailing from Korean company Jyp Entertainment, have a lengthy history with Deadpool and Ryan Reynolds himself.

In 2021, Stray Kids competed, and eventually placed first, in the Korean music reality show Kingdom: Legendary War. For the show’s eighth episode, the boy group performed a wildly entertaining mashup of their hit song “God’s Menu” and Blackpink’s “Ddu-du Ddu-du.” Clearly paying homage to Deadpool, Stray Kids member Felix kicks off the performance dressed as Reynolds’ character, offering a cheeky opening monologue reminiscent of something out of the film.

Fans of the K-Pop group shared clips with Reynolds, who eventually commented, “Oh hello @stray_kids,” starting a mutual admiration between the group and the actor.

The campaign features members Bang Chan, Lee Know, Changbin, Hyunjin, Felix, Seungmin and I.N decked out in head-to-toe Hilfiger looks that radiate the brand’s classic preppy identity. Some fans of the K-pop group Stray Kids may have to wait a while longer before seeing them all perform on stage.

The upcoming tour schedule for the popular group has changed significantly after three members were non-seriously injured in a car accident earlier this week.

According to a translated statement released by Jyp Entertainment, Lee Know, Hyunjin and Seungmin were involved in “minor car collision” while returning to their dorms after a scheduled engagement.

Those involved in the crash were given a “thorough medical examination” after the incident, and it was determined that “none of the members and accompanying staff in the vehicle were seriously injured.”

That being said, the three performers involved “sustained mild muscle pain and bruises,” and subsequently, “medical professionals have advised that they receive conservative treatment for the time being.

Stray Kids have canceled their set at this weekend’s Global Citizen Festival in New York City after three members of the K-pop group were injured in a car accident on Wednesday.

According to a statement from their label Jyp Entertainment, Lee Know, Hyunjin, and Seungmin were involved in a “minor collision” and were immediately examined at a hospital, where it was determined that they had sustained “mild muscle pain and bruises.” They have been advised to “receive conservative treatment for the time being” and have thus been pulled from their scheduled performance.
