Served in the US Army's 99th Signal Battalion before moving to Military Intelligence where he completed his remaining military obligation.

Was one of the founders of Page-A-Video Corporation in the early 90s. The company was later dissolved.

Was originally going to be a career pilot. He trained as a solo pilot in Airplanes with the NAI and then as a student Helicopter pilot in Long Island, New York.
