Had a complete sever of his left Achilles tendon. After reconstructive surgery, it took nearly 3-1/2 years of rehab to learn to walk without a limp.

Is the middle child of five. All boys. Two older, two younger.

Has 3 children Alyssa Carmella (12/26/2001), Alexander Jerome (6/24/2003), and Randy Jerome II (5/11/2007). Also has 3 step-daughters.

Randy didn't drink coffee until his early 30's, and that was when he had his first Vanilla Latte from the Coffee Bean. Now he's hooked for life.

Both Alex and Randy II share dad's middle name. Jerome.

Became a father for the first time at age 34, to daughter Alyssa Carmela. A year and a half later, his first son, Alexander Jerome was born on.

Daughter Alyssa's birthday is two days after her dad's. Randy was born on Christmas Eve. Alyssa was born the day after Christmas.

Cuts his own hair as well as other well known actors.

Has worked with Blacksploitation era super stars Fred "Da Hamma" Williamson, Pam Grier, and Richard Roundtree.

Met his wife in Beverly Hills in June 2005.

Has written more than 20 scripts, and is directing his first full length feature in January 2013. A Christian film.

Randy, along with Stacy Heatherly and a team of diligent supporters, have been fighting for years to bring a viable film industry to Nebraska. With so much talent in the Midwest, it's a mystery why it's taking so long.

Is good friends with Jay Robinson.
