Melissa's father was a child prodigy on the piano, and continues to perform classical concerts at Juilliard to this day.

Melissa's maternal grandmother's sister was a successful Ziegfeld Follies Girl, discovered by Ziegfeld himself while she was waiting tables in Manhattan. Melissa's maternal grandmother came to Manhattan from Italy to be a professional opera singer. She was a lyric soprano.

Melissa met her husband, Patrick McEnroe, when she was in kindergarten. He was her older brother's (guitarist Mike Errico) best friend.

Older brother, Mike Errico, is a singer/songwriter signed to "Hybrid Records"; Mike plays numerous solo acoustic guitar gigs in the NYC area.

Daughter Vicoria Penny McEnroe was born in 2006.
